It can cut any number of wedge and any weight by simply programming the machine on the touch screen control pane.
Maximum safety with contemporaneity valves for the coring section and infrared barriers for the portioning one.
Works with pneumatic air (6 bar) and 240 V mono phase electricity, it is a highly reliable, low maintenance machine processing a full wheel every minute, in less than 2.3 m by 800 mm; the size of desktop.
